This isn’t a residential in name only — it’s a structured leadership reset, with each day crafted to support a different dimension of your leadership development. There will also be time to pause, connect with like-minded peers and enjoy good food over stimulating conversation:
Day 1 – "Self-Leadership"
Establish your foundation for transformation. Through guided mindfulness, creative reflection, and facilitated group work, you'll explore:
* Your personal values and leadership strengths
* Letting go of unhelpful, habitual patterns
* Visualising what you want to create moving forward
Day 2 – “Leading in Relationship”
Examine how you show up in relation to others, using relational awareness practices and models such as the Assertiveness Model and Outcome Frame. Themes include:
* Supporting you (so you can support your teams) to express healthy needs and boundaries
* Using “Ask not Tell” coaching approaches to empower your teams
* Sustaining change through nature-based metaphor
Day 3 – “Leading in Systems”
Explore your role within wider systems and organisations. Practices include:
* Systems mapping and co-consulting
* Group sculpting to understand team/organisational dynamics
* Future-focused planning for integrated change
Throughout the residential, you’ll engage in co-consulting, embodiment work, and tailored experiential learning — all with input from leadership and behavioural theory depending on your participant needs.
